Reorganize: Move all skills to skills/ folder

Browse Source 
- Created skills/ directory
- Moved 272 skills to skills/ subfolder
- Kept agents/ at root level
- Kept installation scripts and docs at root level

Repository structure:
- skills/           - All 272 skills from skills.sh
- agents/           - Agent definitions
- *.sh, *.ps1       - Installation scripts
- README.md, etc.   - Documentation

Here's the spec for our new authentication system:
Requirements:
- Users can register with email/password
- Users can log in and receive a JWT token
- Protected routes require valid JWT
- Tokens expire after 24 hours
- Support password reset via email
We need to implement this. There are multiple steps involved - user model, auth routes, middleware, email service integration.
