Complete redesign of MASTER-PROMPT.md: Better structure, styling, readability

   - Fixed broken prompt sections

2. Enhanced Structure & Navigation

   - Unicode box-drawing characters for visual appeal
   - Clean markdown formatting throughout

   - Simplified language (removed verbose sections)
   - Bullet points (•) instead of numbered lists where appropriate

   - Consolidated Ralph hook (one clean version)

   - Clear API provider comparison (A vs B)
   - One-click copy section
   - Troubleshooting section
   - Quick reference commands

VISUAL IMPROVEMENTS:
- Before: 1295 lines, dense text, broken copy sections
- After: 693 lines (47% reduction), clean layout, continuous block
