Move deprecated scripts to deprecated/ folder
Moved 3 scripts that are no longer recommended for installation: - install-claude-customizations.sh (replaced by interactive installer) - export-claude-customizations.sh (export utility, not needed for install) - sync-agents.sh (sync utility, not needed for install) Users should use interactive-install-claude.sh or MASTER-PROMPT.md instead.
